Free Vending Machines & Micro Markets for NYC Warehouses & Logistics.

Your crew works around the clock. Your breakroom should work with them. Lumi installs fully stocked vending machines and full micro markets in NYC warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics facilities — at zero cost to your operation.

Hot food. Hearty snacks. Energy drinks. Real coffee. Stocked for the people who actually move the goods. Free delivery, free installation, free maintenance. No contracts.

Now taking new warehouse and logistics accounts across NYC. Check if your facility qualifies for a free machine or micro market.

The Local Deli Closes at 2pm. Your Crew Doesn't.

Most NYC industrial neighborhoods have one or two delis, a coffee cart, and maybe a food truck if you're lucky. They all close by mid-afternoon. The afternoon shift, the overnight crew, the drivers coming back from a late run — they're left with a 7-Eleven if there is one, or nothing at all.

That means crews leaving the site mid-shift to find food. Lost productivity. Frustrated workers. A breakroom that residents of your operation feel forgotten by.

Lumi solves it the right way: fully stocked machines and micro markets that don't quit when the deli does.

Built for 24/7 Operations. Stocked Like You Actually Eat.

Warehouse vending isn't office vending with bigger machines. The crews are working harder, eating bigger meals, drinking more coffee, and burning more calories. The product mix has to reflect that — and so does the service. We get it.

What makes our warehouse service different:

  • Real hot food, not just snacks — Heated display cases and full micro markets can serve breakfast sandwiches, lunch entrées, and hot dinners around the clock. Your night shift gets a real meal, not a granola bar.

  • Stocked for shift work — Energy drinks, large coffees, high-calorie snacks, full sandwiches and wraps, electrolyte drinks for hot warehouses. Built for crews actually working.

  • Remote inventory monitoring — We see when slots are getting low before your crew does. Machines stay full.

  • 24-hour maintenance response — Issues resolved within 24 hours. Restocking within 48 hours of running low. A broken machine in a 24/7 facility is a real problem — we don't let it sit.

  • Modern cashless machines — Credit, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Self-checkout kiosks for micro markets. No cash handling for your operations team.

  • Reliable restocking routes — Designed around NYC's industrial corridors. We show up on schedule, not when it's convenient for us.

  • Direct point of contact — Operations leads, GMs, and facility managers get a real human to call, text, or email — not a ticket queue.

Choose the Right Setup for Your Facility.

Not every facility needs a full micro market. Not every machine can handle a 200-person crew. Here's how to think about it:

Single or Multi-Machine Vending Setup

Best for smaller facilities, single-shift operations, or as a starter setup. Snacks, beverages, refrigerated drinks, hot beverages. A clean, modern, cashless machine that handles 30–80 daily users without breaking a sweat.

Good fit when: 30–80 daily users · single or two-shift operations · limited breakroom footprint · simpler product mix is enough.

Full Micro Market

Best for larger facilities, multi-shift or 24/7 operations, and any breakroom that wants to feel like a real amenity. Open-shelf retail combined with refrigerated coolers, a bean-to-cup espresso machine, a self-checkout kiosk, and (where it fits) a heated hot food display case for sandwiches, entrées, and breakfast items.

Good fit when: 100+ daily users · 24/7 operations · breakroom large enough for retail shelving · crew wants real food, not just snacks.

Not sure which is right? Tell us about your operation and we'll recommend the right setup at no cost to you.

Stocked for the People Who Actually Move the Goods.

Hot food-

Breakfast sandwiches, lunch entrées, hot wraps, pizza, hot dogs (where micro market hot food vending is installed).

Cold sandwiches & wraps-

Always available even without a hot food vending machine.

Hearty snacks-

Chips in large bags, beef jerky, trail mix, protein bars, full-size candy.

Real coffee-

Bean-to-cup espresso machines, large drip coffee, hot chocolate.

Every Lumi machine is customized to who's actually using it. For warehouse and logistics facilities, that typically means:

Energy Drinks-

Red Bull, Monster, Celsius, Bang, and electrolyte drinks for hot facilities.

Cold Beverages-

Sodas, water, juices, sports drinks, iced coffee.

Healthier options-

Protein bars, yogurts, fruit cups, low-sugar drinks for crews watching what they eat.

And we adjust as we learn what your crew actually buys. Anything that sits, we pull. Anything that flies, we double down on.

Everyday essentials-

Pain relievers, hand sanitizer, work gloves, lip balm, phone chargers.

How Lumi works

Step 1: Tell us about your Facility.

A quick conversation about your operation — headcount, shift schedule, breakroom layout, and what your crew would most benefit from. Takes about 15 minutes.

Step 2: We visit the site.

For larger facilities or micro market builds, we come on-site to assess the space, measure the breakroom, check power and water access, and walk through the plan. Free, no obligation.

Step 3: We design and install.

We design a setup customized to your crew — vending, micro market, or both. Installation is scheduled around your operations. Most single-machine setups install in under two hours. Full micro markets typically take a day.

Step 4: Your crew starts using it immediately.

Modern cashless payments — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, kiosk self-checkout. No cash. No fumbling.

From first call to fully stocked — here's what to expect.

Step 5: We keep it running, always.

Remote inventory monitoring, scheduled restocking, and 24-hour maintenance response. Your dedicated Lumi contact is a real person, always reachable.

Questions From operations leads — Answered.

Is there really no cost to my facility?

None at all. No rental fees, no installation charges, no maintenance costs, no restocking fees. Ever. We earn on product sales — that's our entire business model. Your facility pays nothing.

We already have a vending machine. What makes Lumi different?

Most of the facilities we work with already had something. The honest question is whether it's actually working — consistently stocked, modern cashless payments, real food, fast response when something breaks. If not, it's costing your crew time and morale. We can give you an honest assessment with no pressure to switch.

Who is liable if something happens with the machine?

We are. Lumi carries full liability insurance on all of our machines. There is no liability exposure for your building, your management company, or your landlord. We're happy to provide documentation if your legal team or insurance company needs it.

Do you really do hot food?

Yes — and we recommend the right approach based on your facility. For smaller breakrooms or simpler menus, hot food vending machines with built-in heating elements work great. For larger facilities with the space and headcount for a wider menu, we install heated display cases as part of a full micro market — breakfast sandwiches, lunch entrées, hot dinners, served by a commissary partner. Both options run around the clock. We'll recommend what fits during a free site visit.

What about night shift? Will the machine really be reliable at 3am?

That's a big part of the point. The machines themselves run 24/7 — no different than a refrigerator. We monitor inventory remotely, so we know when slots are getting low before your crew does. Maintenance issues are resolved within 24 hours. Night shift gets the same experience as day shift.

How much space do I need?

For a single vending machine: as little as 4 feet of wall space and a standard outlet. For a multi-machine setup: 12–15 feet. For a full micro market: a real breakroom with retail shelving room, but most facilities have it. We come on-site for free and tell you what fits.

Who is liable if something happens with the machine?

We are. Lumi carries full liability insurance on all of our machines. There is no liability exposure for your facility, your operation, or your parent company. We provide a Certificate of Insurance for your records on request.

What if we want the setup removed?

Just say the word. We schedule pickup at your convenience — no penalties, no exit fees. We want to be in facilities where we're genuinely adding value. If that changes, we'd rather know.

Can you handle a multi-site operation?

Yes. We're built to scale across multiple NYC sites. One point of contact, one billing relationship, consistent service across every facility you operate. If you have multiple locations in the five boroughs, let's talk.

Do you handle the COI and insurance paperwork?

Yes. COI, liability documentation, and any other paperwork your operations or legal team needs — we have it ready and provide it before installation. No surprises.

How quickly can we get installed?

Single-machine setups: typically one to two weeks from first call. Full micro markets: three to four weeks, depending on equipment lead time and your facility's schedule.

⚡Most single-machine accounts are running within one to two weeks. Full micro markets typically launch in three to four weeks.
